Applications are invited for faculty positions as regular and visiting faculty at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi, a state University through an Act of Delhi Govt. IIIT Delhi is a research-led institute, fashioned after IITs. It is also organized like IITs – a Board run and autonomous degree-granting University. IIIT Delhi will be organized as a conglomerate of R&D centers, and aims to be one of the top institutes in IT in the country in five years.

REGULAR FACULTY
The regular tenure-track faculty positions will be at all levels – Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor. Regular faculty is expected to engage heavily in research and teaching. The eligibility criteria for regular faculty positions are same as in IITs. For an Assistant Professor position, it is PhD (in computer science/Computer Engineering or an allied discipline), plus three years experience. However, for PhDs from a well known University/Institute (e.g. IITs/IISc/TIFR/ISI in India or well known research universities across the world), and a good research/academic record, the 3 years experience requirement may be waived. An outstanding scientist/engineer who does not have a PhD but has made significant contributions in R&D could also be considered.
The pay scale for faculty will be the same as IIT pay scales. In addition, up to 25% more personal pay (of Basic+DA) will be provided. All regular faculty will be provided on-campus (or leased) accommodation. Other benefits include initiation research grant, travel support, book grant, professional society membership, etc., and personal benefits such as medical/LTC at par with IITs. Some innovative programs have been initiated to help faculty improve their compensation as well as their R&D. These include Faculty Research Fellowships, summer assignment in industry or other centers/universities, consultancy, mentoring by best faculty across the world, etc.

VISITING FACULTY
Visiting Faculty members are also expected to participate in teaching, thesis guidance, and research, and limited academic administration. Eligibility criteria for these positions: currently occupying academic positions in highly reputed academic or R&D institutions, or an R&D position in industry.

CAMPUS
IIIT Delhi is currently operating from its temporary location in NSIT Campus, Dwarka, sector 3. In about two years it will move in its own modern campus which will come up in Okhla, Phase II, where 25-acre land has already been allocated to it.

G. General Information:-
1. Candidates are required to submit their application in prescribed format downloaded from Institute website, neatly handwritten or typed in English, alongwith the required application fee.

3. Applicants, who are in employment of Government/Govt.Undertaking/ Autonomous Body, must send their application through proper channel.

and the Federation office. These posts are apex cadre post. The Federation

The Organisation:
MP State Cooperative Dairy Federation is an Apex organization of cooperative
dairy sector in the state and after implementing the OF-II programme in the state,
the constituent Dugdha sanghs at Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior and Jabalpur
are engaged in the activities of institutional development (dairy cooperative
societies was organized and their management). Procurement of Milk. Managing
the milk movement under cold chain from the village societies to Chilling Centres
and dairy plant having modern processing equipment. Besides the fluid milk
processing; products- manufacture is also handled by these dairy plants with
comprehensive by-products range of indigenous and western dairy products.
For liquid milk marketing the Dugdha Sangh have a large chain of distributors,
retailers and franchisees across the State. The expansion plan is to introduce
products on all India basis. The Federation is poised to redefine the retailing
concepts across the state for a conceptualized network marketing involving
larger masses in the marketing activity. Besides, there are plans for publicity and
innovative Call-centre management. The organization also undertakes
responsibilities for networking milk production and milk procurement amongst
small and marginal farmers land-less labourers, tribal and socially challenged
class of beneficiaries. The specific project funding from the Govt. schemes/
institutional finances management is also a part of the activity with the
organizational frame work of the Dairy Federation.

1. Upper age limit are relaxed by 10 years to the employees of the M.P. Dairy
Federation & affiliated milk unions. Age is completed on 01-06-08.

2. (*) Approximate annual package includes (besides per annum salary)
quantified EPF contribution, gratuity contribution and HRA or subsidized
leased accommodation facility as per eligibility. In addition the incumbent
shall also be eligible for medical reimbursement for self and dependents
family members as per Government Rules, 30 days earned leave, 20 days
commuted leave on half pay and thirteen days casual leave per year as per
MPCDF Employees Service Rules subject to qualify criteria thereof.
However, these Rules are subject to modification from time to time.

3. Facility of subsidized leased accommodation is available to Deputy General
Manager / General Manager / Chief-Executive-Officer or HRA as per MPCDF
rules in lieu thereof. However Assistant General Manager and below are
eligible for 8% HRA of the basic pay.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT & PROCEDURE FOR MAKING APPLICATIONS:

The appointment in the first instance shall be on probation for two years,
subject to confirmation on performance evaluation. The applicant may down
load the application form and submit (hard copy) with application fee of
Rs. 300/- by Bank Draft only (non -refundable) payable to M.P. State
Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd. (SC/ST applicants are exempted) to reach
this office by 05-07-08 positively. The applicant must write their name on the
back side of the bank draft along with their full address. The Management have
absolute right to accept / reject the applications at one's sole discretion, and
may call for personnel interview for which no expenses shall be reimbursed
except permissible to un-employed candidates belonging to SC/ST categories
who will be paid second class train/bus fare by the shortest route as per rules.
Number of vacancies indicated in the advertisement is variable as per
discretion of the Managing Director / Board. The management is also not
responsible for any postal delay or late delivery of applications after cut off date
to this office. No interim correspondence will be entertained at any stage and
canvassing in any form shall disqualify the applicants. The applicants working in
Government/PSU/Semi Government Organizations including Cooperatives must
