Note: NET/SET is essential qualification for the recruitment to the Assistant Professor or equivalent in the disciplines where NET/SET is conducted by the
ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central Govt. Agency.
Desirable : Teaching/Research/Extension experience in the concerned subject as applicable is required for all the posts.

Qualifications:
For the post at SN A.: (i) Ph.D. in any branch of Agriculture/ Engg./Veterinary/Home Science/Biotechnology/Basic Science with consistent good
academic record (ii) 15 years of T/R/E experience in the subject at the level of Assistant Professor or above out of which 05 years must be at the level of
Professor or equivalent. (iii) The tenure of the Dean will be for a period of 05 years, subject to other rules of service, age bar etc. in the university.
Desirable - Administrative experience.
For the post at SN B.: (i) Ph.D. in any branch of Agric. Science with consistent good academic record. (ii & iii) same as at SN A. (ii) and (iii) Desirable -
Administrative experience.
For the post at SN C.: (i) Ph.D. in Bio – Technology/Bio-Science/Life Science with M.Tech. (Biotech.)/M.Sc. Bio-Tech./M.Sc. (Ag.)/M.Sc. (Bio Science)
with B.Sc.(Biology)/B.Sc.(Ag.)/ B.Sc.(Ag.) & A.H. or M.V.Sc. with B.V.Sc. & A.H. with consistent good academic record (ii & iii) same as at SN A. (ii)
and (iii). Desirable - Administrative experience.
For the post at SN D. 1 : (i) Ph.D. in any branch of Agric. or allied subject with consistent good academic record (ii)10 years of T/R/E experience in the
subject concerned out of which 03 years should be at the level of Assoc. Professor or equivalent. Desirable : Experience in concerned field.
For the post at SN D. 2: (i) Ph.D. in subject concerned (ii) at least 05 years of T/R/E experience in the subject concerned out of which at least 04 years
must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
For the post at SN D. 3: Ph.D. in Horticulture or M.Sc. (Ag.) with 02 years T/R/E experience in the subject after Masters degree.

Non-teaching post Qualifications:
For the post at SN H. 28: Masters degree in Agrometeorology with NET qualified and consistently good academic record with 02 years experience after
Master degree. Desirable : Ph.D. in the field of Agrometeorology. Terms & Condition : (i)Presently position of Technical Officer is for XI five year plan
(ii) Position of Technical Officer will continue till the termination of project and after the termination of project University will not absorb the candidate in
any capacity.
For the post at SN H. 29 : BCA/PGDCA with one year working experience in Govt./Semi. Govt. organization/ University and typing speed of 80 & 30
wpm in English & Hindi (on computer) respectively.
For the post at SN H. 30, 31 & 32: Intermediate with short hand and typing speed of 80 & 30 wpm in English & Hindi (on computer) respectively with
one year working experience in Govt./Semi. Govt. organization/ University. Knowledge of Computer is essential.
For the post at SN H. 33 : Graduation in Science/Agricultural Science or Intermediate with diploma in laboratory technician / three years diploma in
electronics. Desirable: Computer knowledge / Diploma in laboratory technician.
For the post at SN H. 34 : Diploma in Library management with one years experience or intermediate with 2 years experience in library in Govt./ Semi.
Govt. organization /University. Desirable Computer knowledge
For the post at SN H. 35 & 36 : 10th Pass with one year experience in Govt./Semi Govt./University.
For the post at SN H. 37 : 8th pass. Desirable: one year experience
