Union Public Service Commission invites application fro Indian citizen in prescribed formate for diferrent Government Jobs of different posts in Government of India Ministries and Departments.

The last date of application 11.12.2008( and 18.12.2008 for candidates from far flung areas).


1.Ordnance Officers Civilians (Civil) : 13 posts (SC-2, ST-1,OBC-2, UR-8 (PH-1)) in Army Ordnance Corps, Directorate General of Ordnance Services, Integrated Headquarter (Army), Ministry of Defence, Pay Scale : Rs. 6500-10500, Age : 30 years, Qualification : Degree of a recognised university or equivalent (ii) Diploma in Material Management or equivalent of at least one year duration.

2.Director : 01 post in Regional Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Pay Scale : Rs. 14300-18300, Age : 50 years, Qualification : Master Degree in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Pharmacology or equivalent. 12 years experience.

3.Assistant Professors (Cardiology) : 03 posts (SC-1, ST-1,OBC-1) Specialist Gr.II in Ministry of Health & Family welfare in Central Health Service (Teaching Sub-Cadre), Pay Scale : Rs. 10000-15200+ NPA, Age : 50 years for SC/ST and 48 years for OBC, Qualification : Recognised Medical Degree (ii) PG Degree in the concerned Super Speciality. 3 years teaching experience.


4.Dental Surgeon : 07 posts (OBC-3, UR-4) Ministry of Health & FW, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500+NPA, Age : 35 years, Qualification : Qualification included in Dentists Act, 1948 and should be registered with Dental Council.

5.Research Officers (Civil Engineering) : 05 posts (ST-2, OBC-1, UR-2) in Central Water & Power Research Station, Pune, Ministry of Water Resources, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/- , Age : 35 years, Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


6.Research Officers (Engineering) : 02 posts (OBC-1, UR-1) in Central Soil & Materials Research Station, Ministry of Water Resources, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/- , Age : 35 years, Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

7.Research Officers (Scientific) : 01 post in Central Soil & Materials Research Station, Ministry of Water Resources, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/- , Age : 35 years, Qualification : Masters Degree in Geophysics or equivalent.


8.Professor (Civil Engineering) (Technical) : 01 post, in Delhi College of Engineering, Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-22400/-, Age : 50 years, Qualification : PhD. with 1st class Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering. 10 years experience.

9.Assistant Professor (Computer Engineering) (Technical) : 01 post, in Delhi College of Engineering, Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Pay Scale : Rs. 12000-18300/-, Age : 50 years, Qualification : Ph.D. with 1st class Degree or Master's in Computer Engineering/ Technology. 3 years experience. OR First class Degree at Master's level in Computer Engineering/Technology and 5 years experience.


10.Lecturer (Electronics & Communication Engineering) : 03 posts, in Government Polytechnics in Department of Training and Technical Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-13500/-, Age : 50 years, Qualification : First class Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering.


Fee payable is Rs.50/- in the shape of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only.
