Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Navratana Central Public sector
undertaking, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia, with 18 Production /
Overhaul / Services Divisions and 9 Co-located R&D Centers spread across the country.
Helicopter Division of HAL, is approved by DGAQA and DGCA for producing DHRUV
Helicopters (ALH) for Military and Civil applications respectively. The Division is also
carrying out maintenance of civil Helicopters. HAL - Helicopter Division requires AME
Holders with a valid license under category (A&C) and BAMEL's (JE, RA, ES, IS & RN) on
Contract Basis. Work Experience and Additional License will be given due weight age.

NUMBER OF VACANCIES -
4AMEs & 15 BAMEL Holders.
AGE LIMIT
The Maximum age limit is 50 years as on 31/10/2008 (Age can be relaxed in
deserving cases at the discretion of Management)

1. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (A&C) : 04 posts, Qualification : Degree / Diploma in
Engineering and Passed AME Course approved by DGCA. 1 year experience
2. BAMEL's Holder : 15 posts, Qualification : Passed AME Course approved by DGCA

SELECTION PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates short-listed based on initial screening, will be called for
the Interview. Date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated to the
short-listed/ eligible candidates through individual call letter and the
interview schedule will be hosted on our HAL website.
Candidates staying beyond 30 miles away and attending Personal Interview
will be paid to and fro TA (Rail fare) by the shortest route on production of
proof of travel as per rules of the Company.


PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The tenure of Contract engagement will be initially for period of ONE YEAR
with effect from the date the candidate joins HAL and thereafter it may be
extended for such period(s) depending upon the availability of work and
organizational requirement.

REMUNERATION
Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated emolument .Remuneration
is not a constraint for the right candidate.

HEALTH
Applicants should be of sound health and should meet the medical standards
prescribed by our Company. Appointment of the candidate will be subject to
receipt of satisfactory medical report from our Company's Doctor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories are required to submit
copies of Caste Certificates/ Disability Certificate at the time of interview.
Management reserves the right to raise or lower the specifications,
depending upon the response to the advertised posts.
Applicants serving in Govt./Public Sector should produce 'NOC at the time of
Interview failing which they will not be permitted to appear for Interview.
Names of the short-listed candidates along with the date, time and venue for
the Interview, etc., will be hosted on the HAL website and individual call
letter would also be sent to the short-listed candidates.
Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste and
Character & Antecedents, as the case may be, from the concerned Authorities,
as per the rules of the Company.
